We had a dirty suite with too small bedroom and bathroom. The no smoke room had been occupied by heavy smokers whose cigaret butts had burned holes in the carpet. The restaurant could not serve the meal we ordered but one of the waiters brought us to a nearby restaurant where was available what we asked for. This hotel is very far out of town and not suitable for tourists.

The hotel had a prime location, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It also had a great ballroom where they hosted New Year's Eve celebrations. The buffet spread for the dinner was diverse, featuring a variety of local delicacies and international cuisine.
The hotel did not live up to its claimed 4-star status. The room quality was poor, the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was faulty.

The two cans of efes in the minibar and the bell boy. The beach.
Well, it was nothing if not educational. The Turkish for bedbugs is "tatakurusuh". Very small bed with dirty linen and worn out mattress. Dirty bathroom. Shabby carpet. No kettle. Mezitli is an area with absolutely no charm or character and lots of high rise buildings (either incomplete or in need of repair).

The location, beach cleanliness, and pleasant swimming experience were excellent. The amazing food, especially the breakfast, added to the enjoyable stay. The quietness and beach view from the rooms were also appreciated. The renovated rooms and bathrooms were better than expected.
Absolutely nothing.

Great value for money! the rooms were surprisingly nice and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast was also a standout. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.
That being said, the hotel tends to host loud and disruptive events in their outdoor space, which can make for some frustrating disruptions. the internet was spotty and unreliable in some rooms.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
